Buyers are to pay for all postage costs.

We are happy to combine postage charges with other listings.

Whether items are to be sent within Australia via Standard, Registered or Express post is to be determined by the customer, please indicate your preferred method when completing your order.

Within Australia, if not wanting to go with Express post, we would strongly recommend opting for Registered post on top of the standard post, even though it is an extra small charge it is more of a guarantee that your items wont have to endure the perils of an unexpected trip at the mercy of Australia Post (Besides it also means that insurance cover of up to $100 is included on the parcel).

Additional insurance cover is also an optional extra on registered post articles.

Every care is taken to ensure your items are packaged for protection and to minimise risk of damage during transit.
Please note that Divine Moon Design cannot be held responsible for loss or damage through the postal system should registration / insurance not be taken out.
Once regular post parcels have left our care we can not be held responsible for them and have no way of helping to locate them through the Australia post delivery system or following up any possible damages incurred.
We will do everything possible to help you trace registered or express post parcels should they not arrive after a reasonable or usual delivery period.
Please note we are posting from NSW Australia and people who choose Express post and are located outside the guaranteed next day delivery from us i.e. WA, will experience a longer delivery time approximately 2-3 days more.

Unpackaged item weights are quoted as a guide only, please keep in mind that allowance needs to be made for packaging (cardboard, bubble packaging etc) which will add to the total weight and dimensions of the parcel.
Postage costs for your orders will be quoted on an order-by-order basis and is dependant on parcels total weights and delivery destinations.

Multiple and heavier international items will be calculated after all items have been packaged together for total weight and the international destination is known based on current Australia Post International post charge guidelines - You can check these by going to www.australiapost.com.au and going to the international post section.
Estimates can also be provided upon request prior to purchasing. - The parcel destination will need to be known to be able to calculate this so please include the required information in your email query or use the estimate postage charges option on during checkout included on this site.

Overseas INSURANCE/extra cover is also available at cost on request. Please note all dollar amounts are quoted and calculated in Australian dollars only.
